
Hi! I'm Millie – a senior UX and Service Designer with leadership experience. I shape user experiences and empower the people who create them.
I’m a Senior UX Designer with 8+ years of experience leading discovery, strategy, and end-to-end design processes across several industries. While my official title has been UX Designer, I’ve consistently taken on leadership responsibilities — mentoring junior designers, driving UX initiatives, and collaborating closely with leadership teams to push design practices forward. I’m passionate about aligning user needs with business goals to create digital experiences that deliver real impact.
For me, great design happens at the intersection of user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
I believe in involving users early, validating ideas quickly, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build solutions that last.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me spending time with friends and family, exploring new destinations with my camera in hand, or enjoying a good meal and coffee at a cozy café.
I love staying active through training, capturing moments through photography, and finding inspiration in travel, books, and great food.
